Reloading local cache data

For performance reasons, we store data on your computer's cache. Sometimes, this data can become out of sync with our servers. Reloading the cache usually solves any data discrepancy issues.

  1. Click "Settings > Account"
  2. On the top tab menu, select the "Application" tab.
  3. Click the "Refresh" button in red.
  4. Click "OK".
