Fixed issue where Journey Planner was not returning next available services (BUS-1366)
Fixed an issue where points are not updating after TSM import (BUS-1423)
Fixed an issue where timetable validations incorrectly triggered (BUS-1477)
Regenerating dead-runs on shift bat no longer hangs (BUS-1488)
Moving a depot will now update the dead-run on the shift bat after a re-generate (BUS-1486)
